- Negotiate terms and responsibilities of our Lab Management Services Agreement. Collaborative Diagnostics will be the exclusive Lab Manager of said PCR Lab that will be owned by the Practice. Our team can handle as much or as little as the Practice would like.
- Our staff will assist with all CLIA Licensure requirements.
- We will assist with financing and leasing options.
- Needing only a small office area in your location, we will design and install all the required equipment and LIMS system, according to your specific testing needs.
- Upon install, we will assist with developing testing panels, and then handle the methodology and validation services.
- We will assist with SOP’s and Protocols and create written policy manual.
- Our Team will assist with hiring and training staff.
- We will do proficiency testing.
- Assist with setting up a new lockbox and implement our lab billing services.
- Order and inventory all supplies needed, including reagents.
- Ready the lab for going live, and begin testing patients. Our Lab Management team will handle all day to day operations of the lab.
- No lease payments for first few months to allow for revenue generation first. Lab will be cash flow positive by the time payments are due.
- Monthly report on volume, revenue, expenses, and net profits to be distributed.
